<1> Occupational Safety and Health Policy
1.Comply With Legal Requirements
Adhering to the people-oriented principle and emphasizing the original intention of talents, we actively use the Occupational Safety and Health Law to create a safe, healthy, and friendly workplace to create a happy workplace environment and meet the expectations of relevant stakeholder groups.
2.Perform Automatic Checks
Regularly and irregularly carry out relevant automatic inspection management, supervision and improvement within the company with high standards and a prudent attitude in accordance with occupational safety and health management methods and various legal equipment standards to create a safe environment.
3.Implement Education and Training
Make an annual education and training plan, and plan the education and training of new recruits and in-service employees respectively. New recruits will receive 3 hours of occupational safety and health education and training within one month after reporting, and in-service employees will arrange 3 hours of occupational safety and health education and training every three years. And continue to pay attention to the results of personnel training for tracking and analysis, and conduct fire drills and training every six months in accordance with regulations, so that employees understand the contingency measures and escape routes in case of disasters, and improve personnel safety and health training in time, change, adjustment and refinement. 4. Safety and health audit
Collect domestic and foreign safety and health information, integrate the company’s internal resources from time to time to improve the safety level of personnel, equipment, raw materials, safety regulations, environment, etc., and conduct quarterly factory inspections and review to reduce the risk of occupational accidents.
5. Prevention of occupational accidents
Regularly conduct monthly audits on operators and outsourced suppliers, and conduct audits on possible environmental pollution (water, noise, etc.); Inspection and prevention of hazards, such as: wearing safety helmets and safety shoes when operating potentially dangerous machines, or holding fire drills and escape every six months, and various first aid knowledge publicity courses, such as: AED operation, CPR operation and so on.

1. Set annual goals for safety and health inspection
A safety and health management representative is set up to support the safety and health inspection activities in the factory, and regular meetings are held to review the missing content of the safety and health inspection, and the system P.D.C.A management mode is used for continuous improvement and maintenance of the company’s internal safety and health.
2. Access control implementation
In order to ensure the workplace safety of employees, the employee identification cards are worn in the factory area for identification. The entrances and exits of each floor are equipped with an access control card swiping system, and access is controlled according to the authority of the personnel category. For customers, manufacturers and other visitors, record the visiting time, number of people and other information in detail, and regulate the area and time where they can move. 3. Environmental monitoring

4. Establish automatic inspection management procedures and mechanical equipment management procedures

5. Resource recovery and waste reduction plan
