Conflict Minerals Free Statement

Our company guarantees that all products sold to Speedtech Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Speedtech") do not contain conflict minerals. We will conduct thorough and careful investigations into the use of Gold (Au), Tungsten (W), Tantalum (Ta), Tin (Sn), Cobalt (Co), Mica, Copper (Cu), lithium (Li), Nickel (Ni), and Graphite in our supply chain to ensure whether the origins are from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Area (CAHRA) or illegal smuggling channels; meanwhile, manage and monitor in compliance with OECD Guidance and RBA latest standard, and continued to monitor the supply chain to improve and enhance the company's social image and value, as a socially, environmentally responsible company, continuously protect the entire supply chain of human rights, labour conditions and environmental responsibility.
