The Company reported to the board of directors on November 12, 2025, the implementation status of intellectual property-related matters for the current year：
1. All employees are required to complete training on the protection of confidential information and undergo assessments on confidential information protection every quarter.
2. The Company continues to provide online patent courses ranging from basic to advanced levels and has optimized the content to help employees better apply the acquired patent knowledge in practical work. In 2025, the Company organized two training sessions combining in-person and online formats for R&D Units 1, 2, and 3. The course topics covered patent application, infringement, design-around strategies, prior art search, trade secrets, patent invalidation, and business communication.
3. A monthly legal bulletin is published to enhance all employees’ awareness of compliance.
4. The Company monitors the use of trademarks registered by others in various countries on an irregular basis and files oppositions against companies with similar marks.
